Arrived home from a six week hospital stay last night. I may write about it later … not sure. I’m at a loss at the moment because I don’t know what I should be doing. I guess I should slowly start integrating myself back into normal life but … meh, whatever. Time will tell, I guess.
All you really can do is take things day to day until you get integrated back into normal life. Good luck
Oh dear, I’m glad that you sought help and that you’re at least safe. It is hard to pick up the pieces after such an episode but take your time and give yourself credit for hanging in there. I thinking of you and want you to know that many out here support you and care about you. ***HUGS***
Ok so you’ve been online, but where are you lol? I need to ring. Phone. Normal human communication/interaction. I’ll get to that. Last night, for instance, (kids are a bit sick atm, a flu’y type thing) Noah was still awake and crying, unable to get to sleep, mumbling ouch over and over… at like midnight. Midnight! The kid is normally asleep by 8/8.30/9 at the latest… freakin midnight! omfg.
Heading back to the docs this week. They think I’ve done some permanent organ damage with the last two pregnancies or something lol… kidneys prob. Even though I am no longer with child I still seem to be eclampsic. Go figure. Gotta get it sorted I guess, I’ve been putting it off cos I cbf. Everyone has to die of something lol. I’m fine to go the early heart attack/stroke way so long as I don’t get all paralysed or vegetable’ised. But yeah, um, where was I… ooohhh. I’m gonna get me some happy pills again I think. And maybe sleeping pills if they’ll let me. Woot, fingers crossed.
Stress is just so… stressful. And depression is just so… depressing. Time for something new lol.
So, yeah, where are ya?
A few months ago, you received an invitation from us to participate in a study about mental health and blogging habits as part of a research project conducted by Professor Yifeng Hu in the Communication Studies department at The College of New Jersey. We are still seeking mental health blog authors to complete our study and would appreciate your participation!
We want to know more about your blogging behavior and your perception towards blogging. Participating in the study might help you better understand your attitude towards blogging and your blogging behavior. The study will likely have practical implications in improving mental health services.
Your data will be stored in the principal investigator’s computer with identifiers removed. In fact, we do not collect participants’ identifications. The only information that may link the participant to his/her data is the email address that the participant chooses to provide in order to obtain the gift card. But this information is strictly used for incentives. Once obtained, we will separate the email address from the data.
We appreciate your time and help with our study and as a thank you for participating you will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card. If you are interested, please respond to mhblog@tcnj.edu and be sure to include a link to the home page of your blog as well as your preferred contact email address. The survey will be sent to you via email within the next few days. Thank you in advance for your participation! Please feel free to contact Professor Hu if you have any questions. Her phone number is 609-771-2373.
By this time I guess you are feeling better now and back to your own normal self again. Stay healthy!
